Forfatterbiografi

Herbjørn Andresen, Høgskolen i Oslo og Akershus

Herbjørn Andresen er førsteamanuensis ved Høgskolen i Oslo og Akershus, Institutt for arkiv-, bibliotek- og informasjonsfag. Han har en Ph.d. fra Universitetet i Oslo, Avdeling for forvaltningsinformatikk, 2010. Seniorrådgiver i Riksarkivet, interimsorganisasjonen Norsk helsearkiv, 2011-2014. Har tidligere arbeidet i Kværner Engineering, Arbeids- og administrasjonsdepartementet og Rikstrygdeverket.
